        10 Trojans
        5  Chance Encounters
        20 Detroit Police Divisions
        10 Urbans
        5  I Got a Rocks

The DPDs are worth 1 agenda.  Sac the DPD, slap a trojan or two, and pummel
them with Urbans and Rocks.
