This project was started on March 24, 2004.

Our vision for this website has been to create a central archive for information on the 1996 WotC Netrunner game and background.
There has been a wealth of material in the Net back in the days, but almost all of the old sites have disappeared since, and everything has been rather scattered anyway. So, with the permission of the authors, we'd like to create a library of everything that has been published online. The centerpiece is of course the Top Runners' Quarterly, our own humble contribution. If you would like to get further material published here, just drop us a line.
